In-Person Therapy
- 50 minute sessions designed to clearly define and then address the issues that brought you to therapy
- Weekly or bi-weekly appointments work best initially, then we taper down as you make progress
- In-person or virtual sessions available
Accelerated Resolution Therapy
- 75 minute sessions designed to address a specific issue (trauma, phobias, anxiety, panic, relationship problems, depression)
- Eye Movement therapy that utilizes the power of bilateral brain stimulation to make lasting neural changes in the brain structures, leading to a different emotional experience around the problems addressed
- Done in office
- Provides quick resolution of many problems
Single Day Intensives
- One day/six hour intensive session of focused work on one main issue
- Custom designed for you
- Different techniques (including Accelerated Resolution Therapy, CBT, ERP, CPT, etc.) utilized
- Can be less disruptive than weekly sessions and allow time for deeper work
- Make faster progress on a challenging issue
